Shipping & Returns
All orders are packed with care and shipped from Tennessee. My current processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of many of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged during shipping, etc.), please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Customer satisfaction means the world to me!
