Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. and Canada! We’re hoping to expand even further soon—so if you’re outside those areas, hang tight. We’re dreaming big and packing light.

How long does shipping take?

Shirts typically ship out within 5–7 business days, since they’re made just for you! Everything else usually heads out in 2–5 business days. We’re fast—but we’re also a little obsessed with making sure it’s perfect before it leaves.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number—aka your personal link to happy mail. Just click it to see exactly when your goodies will land on your doorstep.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each item is made just for you, we’re not able to make changes or cancel once the order is placed. Be sure to double-check your info before hitting that checkout button!

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order—so choose your fave! Stack the savings with free shipping or shop our sale section for even more deals.

What if I made a mistake when ordering?

If something looks off, reach out as soon as possible! While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do everything we can if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

How do I contact you if I have a question about my order?

You can reach out anytime through the contact form on my website or message me directly via email or social media. I do my best to respond within 24–48 hours. I’m always happy to help with any questions or concerns!

How should I care for my shirt or glass to make sure it lasts?

Shirts:
• Wash inside out on cold with like colors
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not bleach or iron directly on the design
• For best results, avoid fabric softeners

Glasses (cups/tumblers):
• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Not dishwasher or microwave safe
• Handle with care to preserve the design

What happens if my package is lost in the mail or damaged?

I offer Route shipping protection with every order for added peace of mind. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, Route makes it easy to file a claim and get a replacement or refund. Because of this added protection, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave my hands. I highly recommend keeping Route on your order at checkout to fully protect your package!

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

At this time, I do not accept custom design requests. I carefully curate and create each product in advance to ensure consistent quality and turnaround time. Keep an eye on my shop, though—new designs are added regularly!
